Evernote, the notes app, has been hacked and this fact has forced to the company to ask the users to change their account passwords. There's one message on the official Blog of Evernote and it says that the hackers didn't take key words from the users or information about online payments. However, they have recomended to all them to reset the passwords as a caution. The team from Evernote say: "In our investigation we haven't found evidence that they really entered, changed or lost some content kept in Evernote. We don't have any evidence that some information about payments to Evernote Premium or Evernote Business had been achieved."Another important thing, is that the hackers could be able to get information like user names, passwords and e-mails.For all this reasons, Evernote will request all the users to change the password the next time they login this app.
In my opinion I think that this news was expected... Nowadays everything is getting hacked and it's better not keeping a lot of things on the Internet, because any day you can get scared. I don't use this app but I have it on my mobile phone, and now that I know that, I'm sure I'm not going to use it!
